You define the the urban area to analyse. If possible, you provide us with historical data about the sewer system: storm overflow, treatment plant inflow, pipes, chambers, inhabitants and surface cover. This will provide our basis for calibration. More data equals better quality.

We develop together the real-time data transfer for the tracking and forecast operation. Any data in real time that you can provide will translate to huge improvements in tracking quality. Most clients prefer FTP exchange, but many other options are available. We provide our own additional hydro-meteorological information.

We provide many ways in which you will have password-protected access to the data: web maps / web graphics (mobile and desktop), sms and email alerts (forecast + measure), files for the plant optimization We can customize all available options to your preferences.

We recommend to install our ultrasonic flowmeters, connected in real-time with your model (low cost + high-value information). The observation as well as the simulation is compared, showing rapidly the real-world flows in the sewer system. The ultrasonic flowmeters are moved every 2 months, in order to increase the number of measured points.

You get your access to the forecasting information 5 days ahead, refreshed every hour. Easily share this info with your business stakeholders. All your data in one place : you can access the field campaigns and measured data from the past.
